Kuyucak Villa

Kuyucak Villa is a summer villa project offering 450 m² of living space overlooking one of Bodrum's most serene bays. The client family wanted to bring their long-dreamed "stone house" concept to modern comfort.

During the design process, a language was developed that dialogues with the region's natural texture, stone walls, and olive groves. Handcrafted stone cladding produced with local stone artisans gives the structure a unique character.

In the interior, a color palette dominated by beige and ecru tones relating to the colors of the bay was preferred. Ceiling heights and wide glass surfaces ensure indoor-outdoor continuity.

The pool garden and terrace design offers a perspective extending to the bay with lines placed perpendicular to the view. Endemic plants and olive trees were preserved in the landscaping.
